What data we receive
When you use the contact form, we receive what you fill in: name, email, brand or project (optional), type of interest, a description of your challenge and a deadline (optional). We also record the page and language you sent it from. If you write by email or WhatsApp, we receive what you send through those channels.
What we use it for
Today, we use this data only to reply to you and move the conversation forward. If we ever want to use it for another purpose, such as sending communications about Theorema’s services, we will tell you first and you will be able to decline.
Who the data passes through
The form uses the Web3Forms service to deliver your message to Theorema by email. The site is hosted by Hostinger. If you use the WhatsApp link, the conversation follows WhatsApp’s own rules. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep contact details for up to 6 months after the last contact. After that, we delete them, unless a commercial relationship begins: in that case, we keep what is needed for the length of the relationship and applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us to confirm that we process your data, and to give you access, correct it, delete it and tell you who it was shared with, among other rights under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Just write to the email above.
What the site stores in your browser
Two things, both only on your device: your choice to reduce motion, and a marker that the opening animation has already played in this session. This site does not use audience analytics or advertising tools.

If our practices change, we will update this page and the date above.
