Picking App
GPA needed to digitize the picking process for its grocery e-commerce: a physically scattered operation with dozens of pickers working at once, a high rate of picking errors and constant pressure for speed. The existing app was slow and poorly suited to the routine on the floor.
Role within the professional track record.
A full UX process: in-store research with pickers, operational flow mapping, iterative prototyping and testing in real conditions. The focus was reducing friction: one-tap interface, visual hierarchy by order priority, real-time progress indicators. A product vision connected with operations and IT.
